Masonry Block / Core Fill InsulationIncreases thermal performance over inserts and pour-in, complies with building codes HUD, ASTM & NYC-MEA, insulates lock & mortar joints, is applied after wall sections are complete. RetroFit foam-in-place insulation is easily and efficiently installed in blocks after the wall is constructed, completely filling all block and mortar joints regardless of obstructions. Using a pressure fill method, it is injected through 5/8" to 1 inch holes. A two-man crew can complete up to 10,000 blocks in a day. |

Energy efficient and cost effective insulation alternative
Being of unique and patented chemistry, Tripolymer® Foamed-in-place insulation differs greatly from cement, loose-fill and urea formaldehyde foams. Independent reports and laboratory testing show that when installed in 6,8,10,and 12 inch CMU block with an aggregated density of 60 to 145 pounds per cubic foot, TripolymerŪ has a superior 'R' value when compared to pour-in and insert type products. Tripolymer® is generally less costly to install than loose-fill, foam inserts, rigid board, and is very competitive with urea formaldehyde type products.
